Refund and Returns Policy

At Pranavya, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept return or refund requests. However, in certain situations mentioned below, we will be more than happy to work with our customers to provide a fair and amicable solution.


1. Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 5 days from the delivery date by writing to info@pranavyafarm.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Image of the invoice
  • 1 image of the outer box
  • 2 clear images of the damaged product

In case of multiple items, only the affected product will be replaced.
We will promptly re-send the replacement product and ensure full assistance.
Our team will respond to your email within 24–48 hours.


2. Missing Product

If any product is missing from your order, please notify us within 5 days from the delivery date at info@pranavyafarm.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Image of the invoice
  • 1 image of the outer box
  • 2 clear images of the opened box with all received items

We will not be able to process a refund, but the missing product will be promptly re-shipped.
Our team will respond to your email within 24–48 hours.


3. Spoiled Product

If you receive a spoiled product, please notify us within 10 days from the delivery date by writing to info@pranavyafarm.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Date of packaging / manufacturing
  • Clear images or a video of the product

Please note: We cannot accept returns due to natural variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma, as our products are completely natural and handmade. No two batches are identical, but we ensure the highest quality standards and maximum nutritional value.

After due investigation, we will replace the spoiled product and assure a fair resolution.
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours and provide full support.

  • Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances.
  • Only replacements will be offered after verification.
